Call for papers

Presentation sessions are intended for presentation of educational experiences, projects, research, materials and tools in any of the topic areas of IICIEAD. The sessions will take place in classrooms previously indicated for this purpose. The IICIEAD organization committee invites teachers, researchers, students and technical staff of institutions/ associations to submit their work in one of the following formats:


Paper
Paper presentations must be submitted using the IICIEAD template and should not exceed 35 000 charaters. Selected papers will be published in the IICIEAD proceedings, in digital support and with ISBN.

Equipment provided: PC, projector, Internet wireless.
The proposal of paper must be submited to IICIEAD e-mail segundo.ciead@gmail.com til october, 25, 2016.


Poster
Poster proposals should be submitted using the IICIEAD poster template. Posters will be posted by their authors on november 10, between 09.00 and 14.00 hours, and remain until the end of the congress (A0 size, vertical). Authors must be present at their poster station during the scheduled poster session.

Proposals submitted will be subject to blind review by IICIEAD Scientific Commission and their authors will be inform if it was accepted and/or about suggested changes The assessment will take the following into consideration:

  • The relevance of the proposal vis-à-vis the theme of the conference;
  • The scientific quality and contribution of the proposal;
  • Adherence to style guidelines.

The results of this analysis will be communicated to authors until 10 days after receipt of abstracts.

The presentation of accepted papers and their publication in the minutes requires registration in the II CIEAD. Up to 2 authors, the registration of at least one author is required. If the number of authors is greater than 2, will involve the registration of most of them.

Each registered author may submit a maximum of three works, but may appear as co-author.
